Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping within the UAE:
• Delivery Time: Aramex provides prompt delivery services across the UAE. Specific delivery times can vary based on the exact origin and destination within the country.
• Packaging: Customers are responsible for proper packaging of shipments. Aramex does not accept liability for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging.  

Shipping within GCC Countries:
• Delivery Time: Transit times to GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar depend on the specific origin and destination points.
• Customs Clearance: Aramex offers customs clearance services and can act as the customer’s forwarding agent for customs and export control purposes. Customers must provide all necessary documentation and comply with procedural requirements to expedite shipment clearance.  

International Shipping:
• Delivery Time: Aramex provides international shipping services to various destinations worldwide. Delivery times vary based on the destination country and service selected.
• Prohibited and Restricted Items: Aramex will not transport goods prohibited by the laws or regulations of the UAE or the destination country. This includes items such as narcotics, counterfeit goods, and certain hazardous materials. Additionally, Aramex will not transport goods to countries with embargoes or sanctions, including Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and others.  

General Considerations:
• Inspection Rights: Aramex reserves the right to open and inspect shipments without notice for safety, security, customs, or other regulatory reasons. 
• Limitation of Liability: Aramex’s liability for loss or damage is limited to $100 per shipment unless a higher value is declared, and an additional charge is paid. The maximum insured value per shipment is $10,000.
