Terms of Use (English Version)

1. Introduction

Welcome to ISTEELBOX. These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and ISTEEL BOX ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES RENTAL (“ISTEELBOX”, “we”, “our”). By using our website, mobile application, or event rental portal (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.

3. Using the Services

You are responsible for the device and internet connection used to access the Services. We may update these Terms at any time.

4. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and updated information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • All activity under your account is considered authorized.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
  • Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Rental Rules

  • Only one (1) power bank may be rented at a time.
  • Users must scan the QR code on an ISTEELBOX station to begin rental.
  • Users must handle power banks responsibly.

6. Activation Fee (AED 59)

  • AED 59 is required to activate ISTEELBOX services.
  • The amount is stored in the user’s wallet.
  • Refundable only after service deactivation (returning the power bank).
  • If not deactivated within 6 months, the fee becomes non-refundable.

7. Rental Fees & Negative Balance

  • Rental fees are charged when the power bank is returned.
  • If payment fails, the amount becomes negative balance.
  • Negative balance must be cleared before renting again.

8. Replacement Fee (AED 120)

  • If a power bank is not returned within 4 days, AED 120 is charged.
  • If payment fails, it becomes negative balance.

9. Returning the Power Bank

  • Insert the power bank fully until a confirmation beep is heard.
  • You may return the device at any ISTEELBOX station.

10. Event Rental Terms

A) Organizer Responsible

  • Organizer may pay full deposit (AED 120 × units delivered) or pay only for missing units after the event.
  • Deposit refunded after correct units are received.

B) Visitor Responsible

  • Visitors pay AED 120 refundable deposit.
  • Refund issued after returning the power bank.
  • If not returned, AED 120 is charged. Failed charges become negative balance.

11. Restrictions

  • No unauthorized commercial use or reproduction.
  • No fraudulent or automated accounts.
  • No interference with system security.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is”. ISTEELBOX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be resolved by UAE courts.

14. Language

The Arabic version below is the legally binding version.

شروط الاستخدام (النسخة العربية)

1. المقدمة

مرحباً بكم في ISTEELBOX. تشكل هذه الشروط اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين ISTEEL BOX ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES RENTAL.

3. استخدام الخدمات

أنت مسؤول عن الجهاز المستخدم للاتصال بالخدمة. ويعد استمرار الاستخدام موافقة على الشروط.

4. شروط الحساب

  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل.
  • يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة.
  • أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول.
  • يُعتبر أي استخدام للحساب بأنه مصرح منك.
  • يجوز لنا تعليق أو إيقاف الحساب.
  • المدفوعات متاحة عبر فيزا، ماستركارد، أبل باي، وجوجل باي.

5. قواعد التأجير

  • يمكن استئجار جهاز واحد فقط في كل مرة.
  • يبدأ الاستئجار عند مسح رمز QR.
  • يجب التعامل مع الجهاز بعناية.

6. رسوم التفعيل (59 درهماً)

  • يجب دفع رسوم تفعيل بقيمة 59 درهماً.
  • تبقى الرسوم في محفظة المستخدم.
  • تُسترد الرسوم عند إلغاء التفعيل.
  • إذا لم يتم إلغاء التفعيل خلال 6 أشهر تصبح غير قابلة للاسترداد.

7. رسوم الاستخدام والرصيد السالب

  • تُخصم رسوم الإيجار تلقائياً بعد إعادة الجهاز.
  • فشل الدفع يؤدي إلى إنشاء رصيد سالب.
  • يجب تسوية الرصيد السالب قبل الاستئجار مرة أخرى.

8. رسوم الاستبدال (120 درهماً)

  • إذا لم تتم إعادة الجهاز خلال 4 أيام تُخصم 120 درهماً.
  • فشل الدفع يؤدي إلى إضافتها كرصيد سالب.

9. إعادة الجهاز

  • يجب إدخال الجهاز بالكامل حتى سماع صوت التأكيد.
  • يمكن إرجاعه في أي محطة ISTEELBOX.

10. شروط الفعاليات

أ) مسؤولية الجهة المنظمة

  • يمكن للمنظم دفع تأمين شامل أو دفع قيمة المفقود فقط.
  • يُعاد التأمين بعد استلام الأجهزة بالحالة الصحيحة.

ب) مسؤولية الزائر

  • يدفع الزائر تأمين 120 درهماً.
  • يُسترد التأمين بعد إعادة الجهاز.
  • في حال عدم الإعادة تُخصم 120 درهماً.
  • فشل الدفع يؤدي إلى إنشاء رصيد سالب.

11. الاستخدامات المحظورة

  • يحظر إعادة بيع أو استنساخ الخدمات.
  • يحظر إنشاء حسابات وهمية.
  • يحظر العبث بنظام الخدمة.

12. إخلاء المسؤولية

الخدمة مقدمة كما هي دون ضمانات.

13. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

14. اللغة

النسخة العربية هي النسخة المعتمدة قانونياً.
