These Terms of Use and privacy policy posted on the Site set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of our Site, services. By accessing, registering and/or continuing to use or access our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and the with immediate effect. These Terms of Use are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use as so modified.
1. WEBSITE PROVISIONS
Please read these Terms of use and any other policies to use carefully, and make sure that you are fully informed, understood and available through our Site before you start using Isteelbox Site and services As they collectively constitute the provisions of our site governing your use of Isteelbox. if you do not agree to these Terms of use, you should not use our site.

Isteelbox is an electronic application that helps you borrow and to find Power bank locations in malls and public places, to provide a mobile charging service for smart phone users.
3. EQUIPMENT AND ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
3.1. User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, software and other equipment needed for access to and use of Isteelbox website, and all charges related thereto.
3.2. You agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, rules, operating policies, instructions regarding the use of the Services and/or access to the website. We reserve the right to review these guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions at any time, and you are aware of any changes to the foregoing when posted on the website.
4. ACCOUNT
4.1. All users can avail of Isteelbox website, and if you create an account with us You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, and you must provide complete, correct and accurate information in terms of name, phone number, email and other requested data, and you shall be responsible for reviewing that information periodically for the purpose of correcting, modifying or updating it whenever new information is available to you, and assume full responsibility for the unreliability or error of this data.
4.2. You are obligated to keep confidential information of your account, and are responsible for any disclosure of such information to others, and you are responsible for any use made by any person who has been disclosed this confidential information.
4.3. You agree that all activities occurring under your account authorized by you.
4.4. You may not use your membership for any fraudulent or improper purpose or any purpose that is competing with Isteelbox website.
4.5. You must immediately notify us of any breach, theft or discovery of any illegal use of your account in the website, so that we can take the necessary technical measures to maintain the account.
4.6. Isteelbox website reserves the right to refuse or unregister anyone in the website, or to remove anyone from the website and to prevent anyone from using the website for any reason, and to limit or terminate your access to or use the website at any time without notice.
4.7. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED/SAR (or any other agreed currencies)
5. RULES OF USE
5.1. the customer needs to scan the QR Code on the ISTEELBOX machine to rent a power bank. They will then go through our secure payment gateway to add their credit or debit card information. Or they can use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
5.2. Every user only can rent 1 unit power bank only and depend to available of power bank.
5.3. User cannot rent addition power bank at the same time.
5.4. User should responsibility to their own action when using our power bank.
5.5. You should use our power bank with carefully.
5.6. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
6. RENTING POWER BANK
6.1. Customers must download and install the ISTEELBOX Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play to use the power bank rental service.
6.2. Power banks are rented by scanning the QR code on an ISTEELBOX machine. An unlock fee of AED 59 is required to activate the service and release the power bank. This amount will remain in the customer’s in-app wallet.
6.3. After returning the power bank, customers may request a refund of the unlock fee by navigating to Menu > My Wallet, provided any negative balance from previous use is cleared first. Alternatively, the unlock fee may be retained in the wallet for future rentals, allowing the customer to use the service without paying the fee again.
6.4. Rental fees are automatically charged to the customer’s saved payment method upon return of the power bank. If a charge fails, the amount will appear as a negative balance in the wallet and must be cleared before the next rental.
6.5. If the power bank is not returned within 4 calendar days, a fee of AED 120 will be charged to the customer’s saved card. This covers the replacement cost of the power bank. If payment fails, the amount will be added to the wallet as a negative balance.
6.6. Customers must ensure the power bank is returned correctly by inserting it into an available slot and pressing until they hear a beep, confirming the return was successful.
6.7. Power banks may be returned to any ISTEELBOX station with available slots. The app map shows real-time availability of power banks and return points.
6.8. All card details are securely encrypted and stored by our authorized payment processor. ISTEELBOX does not directly store or access card data.
7. RESTRICTIONS AND RULES OF USE
The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the following restrictions:
7.1. You shall not license, sell, rent, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any website;
7.2. you shall not modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of any part of the website, except to the extent the foregoing restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law;
7.3. except as expressly stated herein, no part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, or
7.4. You shall not remove or destroy any copyright notices or other proprietary markings contained in the website.
7.5. You shall not create an Account or access the Services if you are under the age of 18.
7.6. You shall not create any Account by automated or false means, or use any other user’s Account for any purpose, including to circumvent a suspension or ban.
7.7. You shall not use your Account for any commercial purposes.
7.8. You shall not use the Services (in whole or in part) to commit actions that Isteelbox considers, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental in any way to the Services or to any user’s enjoyment of the Services.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1. Isteelbox website does not warrant that the website or its server will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access, or otherwise meet your requirements.
8.2. The website, all information, content, materials, services, and user content includedon or otherwise made available to you through the website (collectively, the "website contents") are provided by Isteelbox on an "as is," "as available" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind.
8.3. You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk, fully permitted by law.
8.4. Isteelbox website is not responsible of any data breach due to hackers attack.
8.5. We are not responsible for any use of any user content that has been putted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party or for any loss or damages to the user's content.
8.6. You agree to compensate us for any loss or damage caused by non-compliance with these terms and conditions or because you violated these Terms and conditions, and you must bear the costs and expenses of any direct and indirect claims whatsoever.
8.7. We make the reasonable efforts to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely manner; however, Isteelbox does not obligate with the amount of time required to complete the processing of any particular transaction and also will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from any such delay.
9. SECURITY
9.1. You agree to provide security for Isteelbox website and their managers, their employees and their agents and protect them from any damage that may catch up with them due to claims, losses, failures, costs and expenses caused by a violation of the User Agreement, or your violation of any related law.
9.2. You must take all reasonable care to ensure that Your e-mail address is secure and only accessed by You, as Your e-mail address may be used to reset the password of Your account and We may use it to communicate with You about the security of Your account If someone tries to access or compromise Your e-mail address notified to Us without Your authority, You should without undue delay after becoming aware of this contact the Customer Support Service and let Us know Your new e-mail address to be used by Us. Any undue delay in notifying Us may result in Your losses.
9.3. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
10.1. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website (including without limitation the texts, graphics and other content) are owned or controlled by Isteelbox or its licensors.
10.2. You must not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from our licensors or us. If you print off, copy or download any part of our website in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
10.3. Isteelbox website and all associated logos, images, pages headers, buttons icons, codes, software, designs and graphics, texts and service names are trademarks and commercial designs for Isteelbox Company, and prohibited to reproduce our trademarks or designs commercial in any media or advertising medium without the written permission of us.

11.1. The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Isteelbox website. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. Isteelbox do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this or any other website) is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Isteelbox website inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such third party websites or apps or any association with their operators.
12. GENERAL Provision
12.1. Disputes and laws: The terms and conditions and the relationship between the Isteel box Company and the user and any disputes, claims or disputes arising out of the terms of use or relating to any violation, termination, execution, interpretation, validity or use of the website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.
12.2. Assignment: You agree that you will not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use, whether directly or indirectly, without first obtaining our prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
12.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use and the documents referred to or incorporated herein by reference contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations and representations, written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Except as provided in these Terms of Use and the documents referred to or incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference, there are no conditions, representations, warranties, undertakings or agreements between the parties whether direct, indirect, collateral, express or implied.

We will post the current version of these Terms of Use on the Site and each such change will be effective upon posting on the Site or upon the date designated by us as the “effective date” (if any). Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms of Use and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect so long as the legal substance of the transactions contemplated hereby is not affected in any manner materially adverse to either of the parties.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage or for any delay or failure in performance due to acts beyond the control of such party whether or not such acts could reasonably be anticipated (including acts of God, legislative, judicial or regulatory acts of any government or regulatory authority, acts of any of our subcontractors or any third party providers of goods or Services to us, labour disruptions, blackouts).
12.7. No Waiver: Any waiver by us of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of any other provision (whether similar or not), nor will any such waiver constitute a continuing waiver of that particular provision, unless expressly provided by us in writing.
12.8. LANGUAGE: The Arabic language shall be considered as the language adopted in the formulation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. In the case of any conflict between the Agreement in Arabic language and English language, the Arabic version shall reveal on the other languages.
