Or choosing permanent use it will be remain as permanent credit in the customer wallet and he can always start the renting process without each time pay the security deposit, and he can whenever asked to refund his deposit and cancel the subscription with us and it will take to return up to 15 days depending on the procedures of the customer bank card issuer and you want to cancel your subscription.

As explained through the terms and conditions, after the period of 4 days, failure to return the rented powerbank to isteelbox stations will cost the customer 99AED/SAR ( 50 the security deposit + 49 AED Extra amount) this is the cost of the powerbank.

All iSteelBox Power banks have a battery capacity of 5200mAh. The amount of charge will depend on the type of device you are charging with it and how you are using the Powerbank.

There are (3) different charging Ports coming with the powerbank: Micro, USB-C and Apple Lighting.

Absolutely. You can use your device while charging.

Go through the steps below to make sure your Powerbank is working correctly:
Make sure that the 3 or 2 Blue LED power lights of the Powerbank are turned on when you connect your device to the charger.The LED lights are located on the front of the Powerbank.
After you plug in the charger press at the button it will start charging.
Ensure that the charging Port is fully inserted into your device.
